Our Detroit Client – Evans Distribution Systems Hires Programmer Analyst to Enhance IT Infrastructure

Evans Distribution Systems, a full service third-party logistics provider of warehousing, transportation, staffing and value added services hired Alex Kushner for a new position as programmer analyst.

Kushner is responsible for analyzing and developing databases, applications and other information systems. Some of the systems include electronic data interchange (EDI), transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, key performance reports from multiple databases, and other database management systems. The position was created to help significantly enhance the IT infrastructure at Evans, so as to keep up with customer demands, and remain a logistics industry leader.

Kushner has worked in IT for more than 25 years and has significant experience with databases, programming and application development. Most recently, Kushner worked as a Software Design and Developer for CareTech Solutions, working on multiple business applications, reports and program interfaces. Prior to CareTech, Kushner worked on databases and applications for web and intranet use with Arrow Strategies. “Alex’s diverse IT background is a great fit for this position, because we have a large range of hardware and software within our infrastructure” said Greene.

Kushner is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s of business administration in business computer systems.
