Tippmann Construction is working on a pair of construction projects just outside of Chicago. An 85,000 sq. ft. expansion to the Hanson Logistics PRW facility in Hobart, IN. Tippmann is also building a new 116,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Merrillville, IN for Dawn Foods. The Dawn Foods facility is a build-to-suit project that will provide refrigerated, frozen and dry distribution space.
Tippmann Construction has built nearly 2 million sq. ft. of refrigerated warehouse & distribution space in the Chicago area for public refrigerated warehouse companies, retailers, food service and food processors.
