Hoffberger Holdings, Inc. named Harry D. Halpert to CEO and chairman of subsidiary MTC Logistics. F. Brooks Royster III succeeded Halpert as president of MTC Logistics and Kenneth W. Johnson was appointment senior vice president of operations at MTC Logistics.
