Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Assoc. is pleased to announce the recent long-term lease agreement with Kenco Logistics Services, LLC. Kenco will be moving its operations to 1317 Barberry Drive in Janesville. The move will allow Melster Candies Inc. to expand its operations into Kenco’s former location at 2303 Kettering Street.
The transaction is a product of a collaborative effort between William E. Mears, Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Assoc., Tom Lasse, Badger Property Investments LLC, Wilson McGinness, JDK Real Estate LLC, and Mike Venable, Commercial Property Group.
“As owners of 1317 Barberry, Janesville-myself, along with Allisen Cullum and Terry McGuire, we are pleased to have secured a long-term lease with Kenco,” Lasse said. “The signing of the lease allowed us, with the help of Scott Ward the owner of Forward Construction Group, to completely remodel our building inside and out, on a short construction timeline, to meet tenant needs.
